Value-add beyond your basic offering

  1. Think about the ways to enhance your offering, 
    • e.g. photographer could provide help tips on aperture and exposure settings
  2. Maintain interesting blogs on related topics (new, trendy and independent)
  3. Maintain a blog with help tips (for customers interested or frustrated about your product)
  4. Add value by inviting speakers to talk about topics related to your service offering
  5. Create useful YouTube videos that are related to your product
  6. Reach new demographics with various "flavors" of your basic offering to pick up on new trends
