    • 3 to 5 strikes and out policy
  2. Tooltips should be view specific and link to an easy to maintain blog
  3. Contact-us and feedback form should be content specific
  4. Avoid "corporate" sales and marketing posts
  5. Do not allow quality of your network to dilute 
    • MySpace vs. Facebook
